Coinbay receives information about users that is required during the time of registration with the Website and application as well as the information you choose to share in a range of ways.

Information you give us

When you choose to sign up, we collect your‎ name,‎ postal address,‎ email address,‎ phone number,‎ username,‎ password, and other information you directly give us on our website. Sharing details allows us to do things like show you age-appropriate content and advertisements.

To fully use our Site, you will need to register using our online registration form, where you may be required to provide us with your name, date of birth, contact number, email id, user id, password, address of residence / business along with your valid identity information like (For Indian Citizen) Passport, Voter ID, Driving license, AADHAR Card, PAN card or any other Government ID cards. (For Overseas Collectors) Passport, Driving license or any other ID cards issued from their respective Government Authorization.

Government issued Photo Identity card is mandatory because, at the time of delivering the item to you, you will need to show it to delivery person for a secure delivery. Without this, the parcel will not be handed over to you.

We receive information about you whenever you interact with our Website/Application, such as when you send or receive a message, provide us with information when you fill any information on the Website/Application.
On posting information on our Website/Application we may receive additional information related data (or metadata), such as time, date, place you uploaded such information.
